How can I book a transfer?

You can place an order online through the website form, message us in WhatsApp/Telegram, or call us by phone. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

How can I pay for the trip?

We accept cash (in PLN), as well as card payment via terminal with the driver and online payments.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Free cancellation is available until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (Europe/Warsaw). For later cancellations, a service fee may apply.

Where exactly will the driver wait for me?

By default, the driver meets you in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. We will send you the driver contact details in advance.

What if my flight is delayed?

No worries. We track flight status by flight number. The driver will arrive according to the actual landing time. The first 60 minutes of airport waiting time are free.

How quickly should I exit after landing?

Free waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes from the moment the plane lands. This is usually enough for border control and baggage claim.

How will I know that the driver is already there?

You will receive an SMS or a messenger notification confirming that the car has arrived.

Yes, of course. During booking, provide your child's age and weight, and we will install the appropriate seat (infant carrier, child seat, or booster).

Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Pet transport is possible in special carriers with prior agreement.

What cars are in your fleet?

We offer standard-class cars (Toyota Prius Plus, Hyundai Ioniq), business class (Lexus ES 300h), and a minivan (Chrysler Pacifica Limited) for group trips up to 6 seats.

Yes, we are a legally operating company in Poland and provide VAT invoices for all our services.

Do you make additional stops on the way?

No, this is a private transfer. The vehicle is at your disposal, and we travel directly from point A to point B without other passengers.

Are toll roads and parking included in the price?

Yes, the final price shown during booking already includes all road tolls, vignettes, and paid parking. No extra charges at the end of the ride.

Can we make a stop for lunch or coffee?

Of course. Short stops up to 15 minutes at gas stations are free. If you need a longer stop, it can be arranged with dispatch in advance.

Yes, all our drivers have a professional license, and passengers are insured for the entire trip.

What if the car breaks down during the trip?

In case of a breakdown, we will promptly provide a replacement vehicle so you can still make your flight.

This is a mandatory part of our service. The driver helps load suitcases into the trunk and unload them at the hotel or terminal entrance.

All our vehicles are equipped with USB charging ports. Wi-Fi availability is best confirmed during booking (it is standard in business class).

What if I have a lot of luggage (skis, bicycle, 5 large suitcases)?

In such cases, we recommend booking a minivan. Please inform us about oversized luggage in advance so we can assign the right vehicle.

Can I change the departure time a few hours before the trip?

We will do our best to accommodate. If the driver schedule allows, we will shift the time free of charge.
